HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES.

On April 21, 2025, I placed a pizza order through the Debonairs app for the Eerste River branch. While I received SMS notifications indicating the store's system was offline and the order didn't go through, the payment was successfully processed on my end. I was informed that a refund would be issued within five business days.

However, despite multiple attempts to contact Debonairs Pizza, I have not received the promised refund nor any follow-up communication. Each time I call, I am assured that someone will call me back, but I have yet to receive a return call.
