HORRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM DEBONAIRS ALEX MALL

I have ordered pizza on the 04/05/2020 around 16.07, I waited for the order until today. I tried calling Debonairs Alex Mall yesterday to no answer, no one informed me that I wont be receiving my order yesterday. Debonairs pizza in Alex Mall has a very bad service and I will never order from them again. They have debited money from my account and they confirmed my order but no delivery was received. I want Debonairs pizza to refund my money back (R169.90) today. I have never seen this kind of services in my life, I cannot order pizza today and nothing was delivered but they were to quick to debit money from my account. DEBONAIRS PIZZA IN ALEX MALL SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE. I understand that they might have too much orders during this lockdown however if they have challenges in delivering orders why don't they inform customers that they do apologise and they will deliver maybe the following day!!!!!!
