Horrible Service - Protea Glen Branch

So Annoyed - Protea Glen Branch - Placed an order online for about 2hours now and nothing. You try to call the call center and people there are laughing when you ask to be transferred to the Protea Glen Branch - Meaning they know very well that that branch is being run by unprofessional people. They don't answer phone calls or have the decency to inform you if they can't make it to your order. Now you sit and wait for nothing. Such a horrible service. They might as well close that shack.
