Horrible service - no food, no refund

<p>Last night at 18:53 placed an order online for delivery. I immediately received a confirmation order. Thinking everything is in order, I waited for the delivery. After an hour, still no food received. I decided to call them. Spoke to a lady, who told me she can't see my order, using my cellphone number, name etc. I got frustrated talking over the phone, I went there. They again checked and couldn't trace my order still. Few minutes later, manager, came over and told me same things. He took my details and said he wants to check what happened and will call me today (waiting). And he can't refund me because he can't see the order on the system, despite the fact he can see it on my phone. He did not even apologise for all that has happened. Debonairs Maponya mall, I want my money. Your service is extremely poor. U don't deserve a star at all !!!!!!</p>
