horrible service *********** staff

Where do I begin, they got my order wrong once before and when the customer service agent called he was unapologetic telling me I should call personally instead of order online, last straw was past sunday I accidentaly ordered meaty cram decker (R165)instead of something meaty with crammmed crust(R175), since cant cancel order online, I called to re-order,however, I was assured it was the same thing and the lady spoke over me, when it came it was horrible and not the same , called them once more and incompetency at its most, the lady kept talking with me saying 'heh' and speaking with someone else at the same time, even hung up my call, the nerve.
