Horrible service from Debonairs Springs Gate.

Ordered 2 triple decker creamy chicken Pizzas online for delivery, the order was delivered however both pizzas were so burnt they were not edible. Upon my discovery I tried to call the store via the call Centre however there was no answer. I waited for about 45 min to receive a call from the store as the call Centre advised and at 19:50 there was still no call. Unfortunately I had to drive to the store to get correct order the store manager did not even bother to assist me as she said that she can not make any decisions as I was demanding compensation for my petrol, she referred me to call the owner at my expense who did not even bother acknowledge the store's mistake he refused to compensate for my petrol. Jacques Erasmus ***ner) did not even care to offer any complimentary item to make up for the poor services that I received he frankly did not care.
