Horrible service from Debonairs Pizza Yarona branch

I placed my online order over an hour ago 17:36, finally received it at 19:00 and the driver being Hlanganani couldn't even be bothered, he was soo rude and all he could say was he's late so what, I asked him is that all he can say, he said he has a lot of orders that's not his problem and then told me to report him if I want to, nothing will be done about that he's used to customers like me who complain If this is how you treat customers, I'm going to really have to switch, I'm a pregnant woman, who has been waiting for over an hour for food and only to find that your staff is also rude And this time I don't think an apology would be accepted, that Hlanganani guy was too rude. An apology won't even be enough as the staff knows very well that they are well protected by management and nothing will be done about their ill behavior towards customers, hence they will keep doing it over and over again.
