Horrible service from Debonairs Maponya Mall

I ordered pizza on the 22d December from Maponya mall at 3pm. Pizza was never delivered and money debited form my account.

The deboniars call center tell me that they can't escalate my call as they can't get hold of the Maponya mall

I'm orde to receive my refund I need send an email, proof of payment to show that I paid for the pizza while all the info is on their app which I ordered the pizza from

12 calls to the call center and still no resolution
