HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM BANBURY DEBONAIRS PIZZA

This evening I placed an order for 1 large pizza and a 2ltr coke. This was ordered at 6:35pm. After waiting an hour and a half we have been phoning them non stop to find out where our order is and either the call says the person is not available or the call is answered but Noone talks to us. They obviously put aside the phone and ignore us as we heard them talking in the background. I must have called more than 10 times trying to find out where my order is. It is now over 2 hours later and still my 1 pizza and coke have not arrived and no telling if it ever will. I have in the interim ordered from another place and received my order in 15 min. I am appalled by the lack of service received from Banbury Debonairs and think it's quite rude that you do not answer when one calls but rather chat to people on the other end when picking up the phone. Absolutely shocking. I wonder if that pizza will ever make it out of that kitchen.
