horrible service experienced

called and placed an order at 6pm. the same branch i always order from (regular client). my details and favourite orders were always known with them. ordered at 6pm and was advised that it would take 45mins, after an hour i called to check up on the order and was advised my call would be returned, which it was, they acknowledged their mistake and then took my order again. no priority was given - i was advised it would take another 45mins. after which another hour passed (8pm) and still no pizza - called back again, and somehow they had no report of my details (name, address etc) or my order on the system anymore - Ive only ever had the one pizza delivery number, but somehow i kept being told i'm calling the wrong number, when their branch is the only one that delivers to my area. finally after about 15 - 20 calls was an order placed for me - which when was finally delivered - was the wrong order as well. waiting 3 and a half hours for a delivery is truly unacceptable - and i must say even though i was being told i am wrong, my device records every call i make which i tried explaining to the ladies on the phone. i have honestly never ever ever received such horrible service.
