Horrible Service

I ordered Pizza today at Debonairs located at Seshego circle center at 14:00 and it was not delivered. I called debonairs at about 15:00 to make a follow-up and I was told my order is not yet prepared. Its now 16:40 and still the order hasn't been delivered. I spoke to Helen who assured that my order will be delivered but nothing till now.
