Horrible service Debonairs Howick

Worst service ever received from your Howick branch today. I tried placing an order on your app but for some reason your app kicked out my adress that delivery is not available for my address (which is not the case, been getting deliveries for the past year). Phone your call center. Londiwe confirm that the Howick store does deliver to my adress. Waiting to place my order, the party pack of 10 small pizzas that is available on the app is not available on the call centre's system. I asked if she can transfer me to the store Tha I can order directly from them. The lady I spoke to in the store refuse to assist me and puts the phone down in my ear. I phone back and ask who I'm speaking to and she puts the phone down in my ear again. Tried to phone back again more than 10 times and she blatantly just did not answer the phone going forward. This is rediculess. How do you employ people that does not wat to assist your customers. Please apologize to the delivery guys from the Howick branch as they always seemed very greatful for our R50 tip that they will no longer receive it. They can thank the *********** girl who answered in store as we will never be purchasing from their store again.
