Horrible Service by Debonairs

So over the weekend(Friday) I placed on an order on the Debonairs App.

The app allowed me to place an order for delivery which I did. I did not receive my order. Saturday morning I sent them a message informing them that I have not received my order they told me someone would contact which did happen however I was not home so I told them they could deliver the order Sunday morning.

Sunday morning I call to enquire about my order I was informed they would call me back. Two hours go by and no one calls. I called and the lady had no idea about my order. later on the manager calls me to tell me that they do not deliver in my area and asked if they can refund me as I placed my order and paid for it on line I agreed she further said she would phone me back after the refund has been processed.

The time now is 14:34 they are blatantly ignoring my messages on Facebook as well as Twitter(I use the word ignore because on Saturday morning they responded to my inbox promptly today on a business day I dont receive communication).

According to my common law knowledge this is theft. As I paid for a product I never received the company made endless promises with no delivery. Which is completely unacceptable.
