Horrible Service at Debonairs Mdantsane City

I am writing about the horrible service that I received from Debonairs on Friday 29/05/2026. I called Debonairs Pizza to place an order for delivery. I got assisted with the order telephonically the restaurant (Debonairs Pizza Mdantsane City) accepted the order at 19:30 for delivery and the order they said it would be delivered within 45minutes. 45 minutes passed and I did a follow up on the order and was told that the order has not even left the restaurant and they are not sure when it will be delivered. I called the restaurant again to enquire about my order at 20:50 I was told that my order is only leaving the restaurant at that time. Order arrived at 21:22 almost two hours later 😡. Paid for the order and when I opened the pizza I had ordered, oh the poor quality of food that I received, I even have pictures of the pizza that I received. No fillings whatsoever you can tell that there was no care when the pizza was made bear in mind this is two triple decker pizza that I ordered that were not up to standard. On top of that I received a drink that I did not order and it was changed without being notified. I tried to raise this issue with their customer service and they said they would get back to me within one day but I have heard nothing from them. This quality of service and customer care together with the poor quality of food that I have received from the restaurant is appalling. We are paying customers that deserve to receive quality service that is promised by the company and what I received was totally unacceptable. I am not happy at all with this service from this restaurant 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
