HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ****** @DEBONAIRS ORMONDE

<p>On my way from a late meeting back home I decided to stop by at Debonairs Pizza in Ormonde, ordered a tripple decker with double extra cheese. After waiting very long the order eventually came. It was freezing so I grabbed the pizza and rushed home. Upon arrival at home, I opened the pizza to serve. To my surprize the pizza was dry as ever, no extra cheese. I immediately confirmed with my receipt to see if the extra cheese was charged for, it was there!!! I bought R60 airtime to call the store and notify them of the incident. I was referred to Mohamed who was said to be incharge of the shift. He was very RUDE to me, he told me I should eat the pizza if I wanted it for free. He didn't show any remorse even when I told him that I couldn't eat the pizza without the extra cheese hence I paid for it. </p> <p> </p> <p>The guy shouted and belittled me and after a long argument about me wanting a free pizza, even after telling him the pizza was not touched it was still whole he told me to drive back from Phase 3 Diepkloof all the way to Ormonde to return the pizza. I ended up returning the pizza after exhausting the R60 airtime and using my petrol to drive back after freezing in the store. when I got there he took the pizza and refunded me. When I was there he was forwarded another complaint about the same issue, wrong order but it was an Indian so he was polite and even told them to eat the pizza he'd ewallet them the money they paid for the pizza. It was clear to me that ****** is galore in Ormonde...</p> <p> </p> <p>I was forced to go elsewhere and buy food and wait again. </p>
