Horrible Service and Food

Good day,

On the 27 October 2023 we ordered 2 pizzas which arrived in an absolutely disgusting manner and I took pictures which I shared online and with the manager of the primrose store and in our last interaction he said "I will definitely call you today with a way forward" and that was last week (we are now in November).

The order arrived around 1 hour and a half without being notified I had to call 6 times and buy airtime to keep following up.

I tried calling the number the manager gave me and there was no answer and I called the store and they said the manager isn’t there so I guess no-one was able to assist as they said “we don’t know about the complaint”.

Can someone please address this complaint!

I am not happy to pay full price for this nonsense.
