Horrible Service and delivery

I placed an order and paid in full, but didn't get my cold drink. Your stupid driver forgot my drink and said he'll be back. I'm still waiting. I then called your call centre and spoke to Andile who assured me that he'll get some to call. But was called by the wrong store. Debonairs Kempton Park is horrible, they didn't even bother answering their phone. You ripped me off. I want my money back.
