Horrible service and Broken Promises

<p>I order from debonairs a lot - the last time I ordered online, the Pizza was more than an hour late, and Debonairs Sunningdale did not even bother to let me know that they would only deliver aftet 2 hours. When I phoned trying to track down a pizza that I already paid for, they kept telling me 'soon' . After 2 hours have gone by, I eventually called again, only to hear that the call centre is closed, but i had the option of speaking to a manager who promised me a free pizza to the value of that order (R155.15). Now i want to claim it, and Debonairs Sunningdale said that i last ordered in November. When i disputed that and gave her the invoice number of my February order, she said she'll call back and hung up. I still have not heard back. This is seriously appaling!!</p>
