Horrible service after extremely late delivery

I am extremely horrified at the service received from this store. I sent out a complaint for the extremely late delivery of my order on the 20th of November 2018. I received a call from the store to give me a less than satisfactory explanation of why the delivery was late not even an apology to begin with. I am extremely disheartened and I will never ever utilize the services of this store. I mean a simple apology would've sufficed to deal with this situation. I waited 2 hours for the order and I get a useless interrogative response even worse the person on the phone hung up on me. The level of utter disrespect is unbelievable. I hope this matter will be escalated and be given the attention it deserves. If you continue to have such staff working for you I wonder how you expect to retain any customers.
