Horrible service 😑

I ordered a pizza from Columbine Square to be delivered. The debonairs stores near me were not delivering.I paid for it via my card and they accepted the order .I waited two hours with no luck, I checked the website and it showed it was delivered. The driver called me to confirm his outside but when I got down stairs there was no one . I called the store and spoke to the manager Sibusiso he told me they can't deliver and it's my fault I entered the wrong address. He was rude and very inconsiderate. One could understand if they apologized but unfortunately this is what we have to deal with in this world.
