Horrible service

Placed an order at 14:28 (28 May 2020) for home delivery at Debonairs Vermeulen PTA central, the order was paid for online, and 24h later, no delivery.......

I have been calling the customer care line and I have been referred to the call center manager and the store manage BUT nobody picks up! I was at some point told that the store manager will call me back BUT yet again that never happened,

As a hospitalian myself the level of service from the consultants who put false promises snd never did a follow-up, this was by far one of my worst service I ever received from Debonairs.

I placed a formal complained and was told I will receive a case number........ I still didn't receive anything,

I mean this is pathetic to the last degree, especially on a well-known brand!!!!

All I want at this given time is my money bac****
