Horrible service

Good Day. I have placed an order from Debonairs Tshwane Mall. I spoke to Noluthula and asked her not to add the bbq sauce on my Pizza. My slip shows that she asked them not to add it. When I got my pizza there was a lot of bbq sauce and I don’t eat that! I tried calling the number again and the person that I spoke with released my line when I asked to be transferred to the manager. I placed my order at 12:58. I only received my order at 14:05.
