Horrible service

Paul came to deliver pizza but however but what happened is i swapped the card went through on my side but apparently on their side it never went off. Paul was very rude told me i must go to the shop he doesn't have time he needs to go deliver somewhere else. Spoke to the Manger which is Nicolas told me that my money will be reversed at this point of time he can't assist. He even advised Paul to leave me alone and go to ennerdale they don't run away I'll get my money. The service is pathetic. Lenasia south Debonairs
