Horrible service
Placed my order for two crammed deckers last at 19:05. I was told it would take 15 - 20 minutes. Which i thought was fine because that's the average waiting time. A few customers were complaining that it was taking too long. At 10 to 8 i still haven't received my pizzas and i asked when would i receive it. The cashier just ignored me and walked away. Eventually I get my number called but they only finished the one pizza. I complained again due to waiting for almost an hour and they only made one. Yet again I get ignored by the cashier and she just walks away. Eventually I get my order but the food is cold. Just before I got the order they stick the sticker on to state that the pizza is still warm..
The system there is messed up and unorganized. It needs to be sorted out. I'm never going to the Brackenfell branch again.
