Horrible service

I placed an order for delivery at 20:05 and was accepted then 35 minutes later the app said my order was delivered that was 20:40 and order wasn't delivered Driver called me at 20:45 saying he's on his way ,at 21:17 I complained on the app then at 21:30 the store calls me that the driver got ****** this was after I complained on their app time now 21:56 no delivery
