Horrible Service

Debonairs New Germany needs to close down. Their incompetence is out of this world. Last week Thursday I ordered pizza for delivery while I was at work. An hour later and 30min past my knock off time my order had not been delivered. When I tracked the driver, he was 20 min away from me while the store is literally a 5 min walk away. When I decided to walk to the store they told me there's nothing they can do and I must go back to my delivery address. A guy named Sabelo (if I'm not mistaken) had the nerve to tell me to complain online when I asked to please speak to the manager.

Fast forward to today. I ordered for pick up and when I get to the store, I'm told they don't have what I ordered (Cram decker) so I had to change my order.

They honestly should just shut down
