Horrible service

Guys your service is terrible, I've called multiple times and had the phone dropped on me.. I've paid for my order and I'm expecting you to just deliver!

3 hours later and still nothing??!! Now my family is sitting there hungry because you can't fulfill a simple task.

I've spoken to Nonhle/Nolo, Precious, Leano and Gift and no one could give me anything concrete on what I've paid for.. You really need to do better!

The weather excuse is played out because it is has stopped.. Now you'll tell me that your driver's have knocked off... Come on..

The same driver Leano called and said we should meet him halfway, Lies after lies. Online status it says delivered yet nothing was delivered. We've been calling none stop but they never helped or even have the courtesy to call just to update about our query. Even the so called manager didn't even sound very interested on what we were complaining about. What a pathetic service. I'm disgusted. Call Centre guys (Precious) they just transfer you while you talking. What a horrible service!!
