Horrible Service

Horrible Customer Service rendered at Debonairs Pizza Sutherland Street, on the 8th May 2024 i made a Online Collection for a Triple Meaty Decker at 18h02 and i think l arrived in the store 10 Min Later made payment and Cashier advised "izopuma Ngoku" i should wait ofcoz i was not expecting the pizza to be ready in 10 Mins but having to wait more than 30mins after i paid is something else, no feedback as to say mybe sorry there is a delay because of abc silence all the staff is doing is chatting, that branch was full staffed more enough staff for the way they were slow, branch was not busy as to say there were many orders, irritating part is that i saw when the lady placed my pizza ontop of the stove without calling my order number and i tot mybe its damaged pizza's or something as they usually place orders in a certain place time goes, when i enquire about my pizza she 1st says its not out yet and asked how come, then she turned to the stove only to find out my pizza was the one she put there looooong time ago and could not answer why she placed it there in the 1st place instead of the normal place all she could say was Sorry with attitude on her face.

Imagine placing an Order at 18h02 and leaving the Store at 18h53 for just 1 Pizza with a store full of staff and not even busy. no one to even look at clients order numbers or bother to update them as to why orders are taking long.. Customer service Training is NEEDED there.
