Horrible service!!!!
I'd like you to know how disappointed I am with debonairs you've just lost yourself a loyal customer. The service I received from debonairs Dube is atrocious I've never been mistreated like this in any food retail I've been to. I order a pizza from debonairs Dube around 06:45, the order was accepted and I even received an email confirming that my order is being prepared. I waited 2 full hours for my order to be delivered, by the time it got delivered the delivery guy was very rude and didn't listen to anything I said even after asking him to remove his earphone he didn't. My order was incorrect , I ordered Sprite and got Fanta orange, instead of donut dippers I got death by chocolate pudding. If this is how debonairs treat their hungry customers then I'd rather deactivate my debonairs account and move on because this is unacceptable. BAD BAD SERVICE ???
