Horrible service

I keep receiving horrible service from your protea Glen mall branch. Your rude drivers call me every time and tell me they cannot deliver until I call and speak to a manager. I've ordered 2 times and got the pizzas delivered after a struggle. I need them to decide if they will deliver or not. This is really frustrating. My order was not delivered today.
