Horrible service!!
On more then one occasion, I have waited for a pizza for more than 2 hours!! When I call, nobody answers my calls. The call center people keep transferring my call even though I tell them no one answers my calls. It's always such a nightmare dealing with Debonairs, especially the Butterworth branch!! And the worst part is that I live like 4 streets away from the damn place. And if they do answer, they tell me my order is out for delivery for like 20 to 30min, which makes no sense because I could walk there and back in that time!!
