Horrible Service

Dear Debonairs Pizza Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the service I experienced at your Selcourt branch.

Today I placed an order for a pizza (Order ***7), and unfortunately, the entire experience has been far from satisfactory. We patiently waited for an hour and a half without receiving any communication about the status of our order. Concerned about the delay, I called the store only to be informed that the the delivery driver is going out now.

To my dismay, an additional 30 minutes passed, and the pizza had not arrived. When I called again for an update, I was shocked to learn that the pizza was still sitting in your store, and the driver had not even left yet. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is really unacceptable worst part is that this is not even the first time experiencing this. Please sort out your staff because the service we received is completely horrible.
