Horrible sales experience

Disgusting customer care.

After 6 calls just trying to find out where my order is, I was always just waiting on line and then had all my calls ended. Its been more than an hour since the order was confirmed and we dont know if we are getting anything.

Only contact is your customer care that refuses to help anyone.

the online tracking your sms directs us too reports that the store dont have that facility.

How do you guys work?
