Horrible pizza's and service

Shocking is all I can say!! Last night we ordered pizzas from Debonairs brackenfell after waiting an hour and a half for the delivery of our Pizza's and no one showed we the phoned them and said the guy have left with the pizzas 20 min away please note we don't even stay 10min away from the shop. When the pizza's got to us it was cold and the order was wrong. We phoned again to say the order was wrong and got spoken to very rudely by the staff of Debonairs. The then brought us the rest of the pizzas that was cold and tasted old and horrible. The guy that came to dropped off the pizzas was so rude and shouted at us and my brother made my brother pay twice for the pizzas because he didn't see my brother put in his pin. Like really. I will never make use of Debonairs after the treatment we got and how they treated us was just shocking.
