Horrible Pizza like eating rubber bands

I just bought the on the double pizza from Debonairs pizza Benmore. It was a total disaster. old dough from more than a day old and it was like eating rubber bands. Chicken quantity was 2% of the pizza which was basically eating weak old pizza removed from freezer, reheated and sold to customer. This bad service has been going on for more since the the store removed its walk in center to a hidden scenario. Service is non existent, you cannot get through the shop by phone, call center is a total mess up where management supervision and quality service or reporting bad quality does not exist. I want a full refund of my money and want Famous Brands to launch a full internal investigation on why quality has deetiolated to this level of disgraceful standard. Unhappy customer.
