Horrible pizza

I've placed an order for 2 pizzas on 02/01/2021 at zevenwacht debonairs online. The pizza arrived after 2 hours and 10min,when the pizza got to me it was cold, the order slip was black, the one pizza was a creamy chicken pizza but only 1 slice had a feather of chicken on, the pizza tasted like cardboard. Both my pizzas was unpleasant, hard, cold and not what I expected or what I always get. I've left my review online on their site still no one got back to me, I did a follow up on the 06/01/2021 but was left hanging when I asked a question. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service received and also wasting my time and money as I then had to cook.
