Horrible pizza and customer service

2 days back I placed a order online and when the Pizza was delivered the base had a lot of flour it was not baked all the way, the bottom pizza was all smashed up in one side of the box. So I sent the shop and e-mail and pictures the shop manager phones basically just made me feel like I should get over it its done. I'm very disappointed i was supporsed to feed my kids raw smashed up pizza. NO CARE AT ALL
