Horrible pizza

Good day I oder pizza from khwa- thema square that was a very horrible pizza, I oder it around 4 and I got it at 6 the pizza was cold and the pizza was dry they cheese was dry leaving the dough. It's like somebody ordered it and never collected it and soon as I follow up they just put it in the bag and leave the pizza not not debonairs standard it was wet. I call the store to enquire about my oder they told me the store is not receiving any online oder il have to place another oder as I was talking to the lady she said she will call back which she never did.as I was still waiting for the call from the lady I heard a knock on my door with a guy delivery pizza to show that, the pizza was not the one I ordered that is why it was dry and it was sitting in the store for a while how I love debonairs pizza but that day it was horrible.
