Horrible pizza

I place an order last night at 18:09 at Debonairs Kraaifontein Brighton Road, I ordered the on the double 2 large pizza's for R119, I ordered 2 chicken pizza's and got 1 chicken and 1 pepperoni, my husband does not eat pork and I told the cashier that over the phone, but with their telephone line that is always bad she didn't hear me saying I want nothing with pork, we collected the pizza and when we got home we discovered that it was the wrong pizza, I called debonairs at 19:07 and said that I am not driving to Debonairs again they should send someone to collect it and bring me what I ordered, I had to call Debonairs 7 times to find out where my pizza was, eventually the delivery guy who was very nice got there at 8:45, when he got there the box was hot because it's on a hot plate but the pizza was so hard and dried out, we could not eat the pizza, I called Debonairs this morning to tell the manager that the pizza that they sent was horrible and that we are very unhappy, she offered to make it right, but we don't want their free pizza, we paid for the horrible pizza and it's not about getting something for free, it's about their promise, Will never buy from them again,
