Horrible pizza!!!

Debonairs Pizza Bridge City is the worst ordered my pizza at 13:09 and it only arrived at 16:00 dry, flat as if it doesn't have filling, no meat and cold. The stick was black but still payed for my pizza. I understand that order delay due to this pandemic but 3hours is a very long time.
