horrible horrible service

<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Hi, </p> <p>I would never return to using your service ever again, </p> <p>Order was placed at 35 Strand Street Cape Town </p> <p>I placed an order at 12:12pm on the 27.01.2017 to be delivered to 19th floor Atterbury House Cape town for 13:45.</p> <p>I called the call centre and spoke to a useless consultant that transferred me to the store where I could not reach the manager, I then had to call back numerous times and was transferred to the stores where they just took my number but did not bother to call me back, </p> <p>After the 4th call I asked to speak to someone high than her then the consultant told me there is no one higher that her that I can speak then she rudely transferred the call to the store. I was out through to the store manager however she clueless and of no help. </p> <p>When I asked her does she expect me to pay for that ****ty service she told me I'm Sorry. </p> <p>Sorry doesn't help that your service is horrible and your staff is unprofessional. </p> <p>Ref: #695572</p> <p>Cell No: ********** 844</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Zainub</p>
