Horrible food quality

How can you be proud of a brand that gives food to customers in the state your Richards Bay branch do. Don't your company have quiltity controle or a standard that needs to adhered to.

Very disappointed in the quality of food and service from your Richards Bay Boardswalk branch. Shocking is not the correct word.
