Horrible experience with Debonairs

I ordered a pizza at debonairs pizza, the one in Reservoir Hills Mall in Durban. It was on the 5 April 2021 @18:35, using the debonairs app. Afterward the app said I cannot trace my order on the app for that day but my order will be delivered after an hour. so @20:00 no pizza was delivered I called and I was told to wait for 10 minutes. 10 minutes past and I called them again @20:45 only to be told that the driver had an accident with my order so I should give them 10 more minutes I will receive it. To cut the story short I received the order at 21:10 and the driver who brought it he was the only driver for that day and he doesn't know about any accident. Why do you keep on taking orders that requires delivery if you wont deliver? Very disappointed and lies on top of that.
