Horrible experience

Placed an order through Uber eats, driver pitched up with the wrong order. Logged a complained with the supplier, instructed the driver to take the order back to the store. I subsequently went to the store, they refused to assist, im out of an order, had to go to the store which was a waste of fuel, and now im out of money, being advised that Uber will settle me without timelines. This is ridiculous service, wouldn't advise anyone to utilize their services.
