Horrible Experience

<p>I ordered a pizza at approximately 18:30, I waited until 20:00 I called the store and I told them that the pizza was late. They apologized and said I must check the sticker when the driver gets to my place if it's black the pizza will be free and that I must not pay for it. At 21:00 the driver called and said he was late I told him I had spoken to the store assistant and he told me to check the sticker . At 21:10 the driver sent me a please call me, I thought that was a bit unprofessional but nevertheless I called him, he said he was at my gate. I went down stairs and I told him he was late, he said he was busy and that he got the wrong address , I said if that was the case why didn't they call me at 19:00 and tell me they got the wrong address. He couldn't respond becouse he knew that was not the reason he was late, I asked him to show me the sticker, I told him I called the store and they told me that if it's late it's free. He didn't want to show me the sticker, he just took off and left me talking. I called the store manager and told him what had happened, I asked were they doing false adverti*****t?he said he was sorry and that he would call me back but never did.</p>
