HORRIBLE DELIVERY AND RUDE SERVICE AT SUMMERSTRAND SQUARE DEBONAIRS

I have never experienced such a service from Debonairs before. I ordered a pizza, it took 45 minutesI waited and the app advised me it was on the way. I waited for the delivery s****** outside my complex. On the time it was supposedly arriving it never did. I waited 25 more minutes outside in the cold and it never arrived! Because I was hungry I requested an Uber and paid R70 return to collect my pizza at the resturant. I was attended by a rude white man who is the manager there, he called the driver and they are blaming me for not picking up mycellphone even though i was outside waiting for the driver as advised by the Debonairs app. Right now i am still hungry and without food because when i got there that white ****** man shouted at me blaming me for not picking up.

RThe driver never arrived, and it is my fault!! I love debonairs but i am absolutely not happy with your service. This is debonairs Summerstrand! And this i will never forget. I have been buying there for years! Ny number is ***
