HORRIBLE DEBONAIRS PIZZA SERVICE

I bought a pizza at Khayelitsha Mall in Cape Town which arrived over 50 minutes later. Their app does not allow for live tracking but your customer service agents are not of much help either! I went back and forth trying to contact you guys to find out where my order was but to no avail and when I finally got someone they said the pizza had left of which that was probably a lie as I still waited quite a long time after. When the person who delivers got here, they came in a bakkie and this was strange as I usually get my pizza delivered by a delivery s******. I think one of the two men who were delivering was Lindokuhle or something similar who then ***ualised me as I was standing and waiting to pay! Disgusting service and you guys have lost a customer in me!
