Horrible customer service - Pathetic store manager -Siphetheni stube

Ordered a meal at 11:58 am, From Debonairs Woodmead, at 13h15 my pizza has still not been delivered, I call the store to confirm, The manager advises me that the order has already been cancelled at 12h10 due to it being out of their radius, but the order has been accepted and paid for, I asked why I was not advised about this and the manager advises that at the time she's been in training, but the other manager was on site " Siphetheni stube " who has not called to advise about this but simply just left the order there. I am so annoyed because not only does she not use initiative, but neither does she have customer service. I ask for her name to report this matter and she has an attitude of a dog. So guys... DO NOT ORDER FROM DEBONAIRS WOODMEAD. as it is, they have absolutely bad reviews everywhere.

Also, a redund is not immediately, you'll have to wait for your money 3-5 working day. The nerve. Pathetic
