Horrible customer service Debonairs Comaro Crossing.

I just left Debonairs Pizza at Comaro crossing disgusted with their customer service. We ordered a triple decker half creamy chicken and half meaty. I am allergic to red meat hence I asked for the chicken.

I could not believe that when I opened the pizza when we got home that firstly I couldn't find the half of chicken. I open the slices and found that it was mixed the chicken and meaty. The chicken is almost non existent on the pizza. The base is dry as the khalahari. So we drove back to let them know.

The ladies working there had the audacity to tell us that this is how they make pizza and had one of the chefs bring out a plastic container filled with chicken. I then asked, "why our pizza had zero chicken but clearly there was plenty?" She went on bravely to bring out steel measuring cups that are used. I asked her so you guys don't use these cups you sprinkle chicken on your pizzas and I received no answer. We felt even more disrespected when this lady said even if we make a new pizza for you it will be the same. She goes on to blame the way it was cut that is how the chicken and meaty meats got mixed. For years we have been ordering half and half pizzas and suprsingly enough only Comaro Debonairs does this. What a lame excuse I must say especially after telling them of my allergies.

As someone who is allergic and with that kind of error that they made it just didn't seem to be a concern to either of them.

I then said I no longer want this pizza and left.

Clearly this is not the first time this has happened and it is sad that other people bear and grunt this behavior. As a paying customer I did not receive what I ordered and I'm appalled with the reactions and snide comments the staff made!
