horrible customer service

I placed an order via your mobile app at Dube Debonairs, my order was placed at 17:34 and at 18:40 when I checked my order update it displayed completed, I immediately phoned the Dube Debonairs to inquire about my order and was told that my order was still in the store, i was told that my order will be deliver once the drivers come back, my order was finally delivered at 07:30, 2 hours later and to make things worse the wrong order was delivered, I tried calling Dube Debonairs 3 times but the number took me to voicemail, to make matters worse the pizza that was delivered was also cold, I am not happy with the service I got at all if this is how Debonairs treats its customers then I am not happy, can you kindly address my issue, you can contact me on ***.

I was given the wrong order, the order was cold, and I waited 2 whole hours for my order, no one helped me to at least correct their mistake
